Glow Merge Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is used when you play Glow Merge (package com.dz.glowmerge), an Android game by DZ Mobile Games published on Google Play. The game does not require an account, and DZ Mobile Games does not collect your name, email, location or contacts.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress (levels, stars, high scores, Gleams, themes, trophies, daily challenge streak and sound, vibration and language settings) is stored only on your phone. It is not sent to DZ Mobile Games servers. If you uninstall the game, this information is deleted.

2. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, AdMob may automatically collect and process:

• The Android advertising ID.
• IP address and technical device data (model, Android version, language).
• Ad interactions (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped).
• Diagnostic data about ad performance.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and opt out of personalized ads, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your phone).

The Remove ads purchase removes the ads shown between games. Optional reward videos remain available only if you choose to watch them.

3. Consent (European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland)

If you are in one of these regions, the game asks for your consent to use data for advertising when you open it, through Google's consent platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time from Settings > Privacy in the game.

4. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Optional purchases (Gleam packs, themes, All themes and Remove ads) are processed entirely by Google Play. DZ Mobile Games does not receive or store your payment details; it only receives confirmation from Google of which products you bought, in order to deliver and restore them in the game. Themes and Remove ads can be restored with the Restore purchases button in the shop. Refunds are handled through Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.

5. Children

Glow Merge is not directed at children under 13, and DZ Mobile Games does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

6. Who information is shared with

DZ Mobile Games does not sell or share personal information. The only third parties that process data are Google AdMob and Google Play, as explained above. These services may process data on servers located outside your country.

7. Security

Communication with Google services is encrypted. Your progress is stored in the app's private storage on your device.

8. Your rights and deleting your data

• Game progress: delete it by uninstalling the app or from Android Settings > Apps > Glow Merge > Storage > Clear data.
• Ad data: you can reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, and change your consent in the game (if you are in Europe, the UK or Switzerland).

9. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
