Neon Factory Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information is used when you play Neon Factory (package com.dzmobilegames.neonfactory), an Android game by DZ Mobile Games published on Google Play. The game does not require an account, and DZ Mobile Games does not collect your name, email, location or contacts.

1. Information stored on your device

Your progress (credits, machines, upgrades, cores, stars, gems, research, skins, goals, achievements, Neon Pass and sound, vibration, accessibility and language preferences) is stored only on your phone. It is not sent to DZ Mobile Games servers. If you uninstall the game, this information is deleted.

The Settings > Transfer save option creates a code with your progress that you copy and keep wherever you want, to move it to another phone. DZ Mobile Games never receives that code.

2. Ads (Google AdMob)

The game shows ads through Google AdMob, a service of Google LLC. To serve, measure and prevent fraud in ads, AdMob may automatically collect and process:

• The Android advertising ID.
• IP address and technical device data (model, Android version, language).
• Ad interactions (for example, whether an ad was shown or tapped).
• Diagnostic data about how ads perform.

Google handles this information under its privacy policy: policies.google.com/privacy. You can see how Google uses data from apps that use its services at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.

You can reset or delete your advertising ID, and turn off personalized ads, in your Android settings (Settings > Google > Ads, depending on your phone).

The No ads purchase removes automatic ads. Optional rewarded videos remain available only if you choose to watch them.

3. Consent (European Economic Area, UK and Switzerland)

If you are in one of these regions, the game asks for your consent to use data for advertising when you open it, through Google's consent platform (UMP). You can change your choice at any time in Settings > Privacy options (ads) inside the game.

4. In-app purchases (Google Play)

Optional purchases (gem packs, No ads, Production x2 forever, Skin Pack, special packs and Neon Pass Premium) are processed entirely by Google Play. DZ Mobile Games does not receive or store your payment details; it only receives confirmation from Google of which products you bought, to deliver and restore them in the game. Permanent purchases are restored with Settings > Restore purchases. Refunds are handled through Google Play: support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637. Gems and other in-game rewards have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for money.

5. Usage statistics

In the future the game may use Google analytics tools (such as Google Analytics for Firebase) to understand, in aggregate, how the game is played, for example how many players finish the tutorial. If they are added, this policy will be updated before they are turned on.

6. Children

Neon Factory is not directed at children under 13, and DZ Mobile Games does not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, contact us and we will delete it.

7. Who information is shared with

DZ Mobile Games does not sell or share personal information. The only third parties that process data are Google AdMob and Google Play, as explained above. These services may process data on servers located outside your country.

8. Security

Communication with Google services is encrypted. Your progress is stored in the app's private storage on your device.

9. Your rights and how to delete your data

• Game progress: delete it in Settings > Delete progress inside the game, by uninstalling the app, or in Android Settings > Apps > Neon Factory > Storage > Clear data.
• Ad data: reset or delete your advertising ID in Android settings, and change your consent in the game (if you are in Europe, the UK or Switzerland).
• Questions or access/deletion requests: email dzmobilegames@gmail.com and we will reply within 30 days.

10. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, we will post the new version on this page with its update date.
